Siddhartha Bank auctioning 1.58 lakh units unclaimed right shares from Magh 11; LTP stood Rs 980

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) is auctioning its unsold ordinary right share to the general public from Magh 11, 2073.
As per the notice published by the commercial bank today, the bank is selling 1,58,517.90 units ordinary shares after the rights shares issued on Kartik 11, 2073 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The bank had offered right shares in the ratio of 4:1.
Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The auction will last till Magh 17, 2073. The bid will open to conclude the auction on Magh 18, 2073 at 3:00 PM. The auction will open at the premises of Siddhartha Capital Limited, Anamnagar, Kathmandu.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share.
The bank has urged interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Magh 17 at Siddhartha Capital located at Anamnagar, Kathmandu or Siddhartha Bank Limited, Central Office located at Hattisar, Kathmandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 00115207281 (Siddhartha Capital Limited) of Siddhartha Bank Limited or Siddhartha Bank Limited (A/c No: 290100901).
Siddhartha Bank Limited has earned Rs 369.89 million during the end of first quart of the fiscal year 2073/74 and its last trading price stood at Rs 980.
