Shree Investment to endorse 8.77% cash and 1.23% bonus dividend; AGM on 2nd Poush

Shree Investment Finance Limited (SIFC) is holding its 24th Annual General Meeting on Poush 2nd 2075 as per the notice published today.
The AGM will be held at Russian Culture Center, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
Earlier, 10% cash dividend which was proposed by SIFC in 23rd AGM was approved from AGM and Nepal Rastra Bank.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 8.77% cash dividend and 1.23% bonus share from the profit of 2074/2075.
- To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To present major financial highlights of the FY 2074/75.
- To appoint an auditor for the FY 2075/76.
The book for AGM will close from Mangsir 16, 2075 to Poush 2, 2075. Thus, shareholders holding company shares ahead of the book close date (Mangsir 15) are eligible to participate in AGM and will be privileged with dividends.
The current paid-up capital of SIFC stands at Rs 80.01 crore and it will increase to Rs 80.98 crore with 1.23% bonus distribution. SIFC had earned Rs 9.2 crore in the fiscal year 2074/75 as per the unaudited Q4 report of FY 2074/75. LTP of unit shares of SIFC stands at Rs 146.
