Shree Investment Finance to convene its AGM today; AGM to endorse 10% dividend

Shree Investment Finance Limited (SIFC) is holding its 24th Annual General Meeting on Poush 2nd 2075 i.e. today.
The AGM will be held at Russian Culture Center, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
Earlier, 10% dividend which was proposed by SIFC in 23rd AGM was approved from AGM and Nepal Rastra Bank.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 8.77% cash dividend and 1.23% bonus share from the profit of 2074/2075.
- To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To present major financial highlights of the FY 2074/75.
- To appoint an auditor for the FY 2075/76.
