Shree Investment and Finance to convene its 23rd AGM today; Shareholder holding shares till Ashad 3 to receive 26.57% bonus shares

Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited ( SIFC ) is convening its 23rd AGM on Ashad 22, 2075 i.e. today. As per the decision made by the meeting of the board of directors on Jestha 27th, 2075, the AGM is going be held in Amrit Bhog Carters Pvt. Ltd, Kalikasthan , Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.
The main agenda of the meeting includes:
- Issuance of audited report for fiscal year 2073/74.
- Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
- Appointment of the board of director among promoters and shareholders.
Other agendas of the meeting include; issuance of 26.57% bonus shares, amendment in the MoA and AoA of the finance company .
Book closure was set on Ashad 4, 2075 i.e. shareholder holding shares till Ashad 3, 2075 will be eligible for 26.57% bonus shares.
The company’s existing paid up capital is Rs 63.21 crore after the issuance of 26.57% bonus share new paid up capital will be Rs 79.64 crore. LTP stands at Rs 149.
