Shree Investment and Finance convenes its 28th AGM; endorses proposal of 7.60% dividend to shareholders

Shree Investment and Finance Company convened its 28^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 29, 2079.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 2.40% bonus shares and 5.20% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. after the endorsement of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the finance company will scale up to Rs 98.16 crore.

The AGM has also endorsed the proposal to restructure the capital of the company where the promoters will now have 51% stake while the public shareholders will have 49% stake, as per the media statement.

The finance company is currently serving its customers from its 13 different branches across the nation,  as per the media statement.
