Shree Investment and Finance Company convenes 25th AGM; endorses decision to provide 13% dividend to shareholders as per board’s decision

Shree Investment and Finance Company has convened its 25th AGM on Poush 11, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Sashi Raj Pandey. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 2.35% bonus shares and 10.65% cash dividend.
The finance company has raised deposit of Rs 4.63 arba, disbursed loan of Rs 4.28 arba, net profit of Rs 12.99 crore during the last fiscal year, as per the statement.
