Shree Investment and Finance Company conducts 23rd AGM; endorses 26.57% bonus shares to shareholders

Shree Investment and Finance Company has conducted its 23rd AGM on Asadh 22, 2075 at Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The AGM has elected 6 BODs to the company from both promoter shareholders and public shareholder groups.
The finance company through its AGM has also endorsed its board’s proposal to issue 26.57% bonus shares to its existing shareholders thereby raising the paid-up capital of the company to Rs 80.01 crore.
