Shivam Cements proposes 15.78% cash dividend for its shareholders; Book closure on Ashwin 29, 2076

Shivam Cements (SHIVM) has proposed 15.7895% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 64th Board Meeting of the Company held on Ashwin 13, 2076 has decided to propose 15.7895% cash dividend worth Rs 69 crore 47 lakh 38 thousand. The dividend also includes the tax amount.
The company has also declared that it will convene its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 08, 2076 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu.
The book closure date for the same has been declared on Ashwin 29, 2076. Shareholders maintained on the book on Ashwin 28 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim the dividend.
In FY 2074/75 too the company has proposed same % of cash dividend to its shareholders.
