Shivam Cement Special General Meeting today; to endorse 52.80 lakh units IPO issue decision in premium

Shivam Cement Limited is convening Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Magh 21, 2074). The SGM is being held at Siddhartha Insurance Corporate Office, Anamnagar, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the SGM are:
- To increase issued capital to Rs 4.40 arba from the current capital of Rs 4.30 arba.
- To issue 52.80 lakh unit Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares of worth Rs 52.80 crore i.e. 12% of the total capital to the general public and the project affected people.
- To endorse the decision to issue shares in premium.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA).
