Shikhar Insurance closing the auction of 87,412.8 units ordinary from today, LTP stood at Rs 1,245

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) is closing the auction of 87,412.8 units ordinary shares from today i.e. Shrawan 28, 2077. This auction was opened on Shrawan 21, 2077.

The 30% right share of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) has been allotted to the applicants recently. The non-life insurance company had issued 31,71,932 unit shares for its shareholders at par value of Rs 100. Out of the total units; 30,84,519.2 units shares got subscribed by eligible applicants. Still, 87,412.8 units got unsubscribed which is 2.75% of the total issue.

NIBL Ace Capital Limited is the issue manager.

The minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 100, so the bids should be equal to or above Rs 100. Similarly, applicants can bid for a minimum of 50 units and no limit has been set for maximum units. The applicant can attach a good for payment cheque with the bid application or can attach a voucher by depositing the amount. The amount can be deposited at the following account:
