Today, the commercial bank has lifted the market by points 12.57 to close at 1131.52 points. The shares of Agriculture Development bank Ltd. (ADBL), Laxmi Bank Lts. (LBL), NIC ASIA bank Lts (NICA) has hit circuit today. The 39% stock dividend from the NICA has caused to surge in its share price. The 1:1 right share issue may be the reason for the increment in the share price of LBL. The increase of share price of ADBL has happened in an unexpected way. ADBL is yet to announce its dividends from the profit from the fiscal year 2071/72.

The shares of Agriculture Development bank Ltd. (ADBL), Laxmi Bank Ltd. (LBL), NIC ASIA bank Ltd. (NICA) has hit circuit today. 47,347 units of ADBL worth Rs 2.42 crore, 57,926 units worth Rs 3.18 crore, and 93,168 units of NICA worth Rs 9.80 crore were traded today. Similarly, 60,690 units of Prime commercial bank Ltd. (PCBL) worth Rs3.67 crore, 33,718 units of Nepal SBI bank Ltd (SBI) worth Rs 5.30 crore were traded today. A total of 2.92 lakhs units of shares worth Rs 24.39 crore of five commercial banks traded today.
