Shareholders to get right and bonus shares directly into Demat account

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had earlier directed all the listed companies to get their shares fully dematerialized by Poush end. Trading of shares of listed companies are only being carried out only in Demat form from Magh 01, 2072.
SEBON has further instructed all the listed companies to provide the bonus shares and right shares in the demat form into demat account of the shareholders. Now, it will be faster and easier for the shareholders to get the bonus shares and right shares.
