Shangri-la Development Bank convenes its 16th AGM; endorses proposal of 5% bonus shares and cash dividend required for taxation

Shangri-la Development Bank has virtually convened its 16th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Chaitra 23, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend to the shareholders. The AGM also endorsed other financial reports and appointed the auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 95 branches, and 31 ATM booths serving its customers, as per the media statement.
