Shangri-La Dev. Bank auctioning 9.67 lakh unit promoter right shares at Rs 100 & above from today; Only promoter shareholders can bid till Bhadra15

Shangri-La Development Bank Limited (SADBL) is auctioning its promoter right share to the general public from today (Bhadra 10, 2073). The development bank is selling 9, 67,540 units of promoter right share after the rights shares issued by the bank were not fully subscribed by the investors. As promoter shareholders of SADBL can only bid for the auctioned 9, 67,540 units promoters shares. The auction will last till Bhadra 15, 2073. Earlier Shangri-La Development Bank had postponed unsold 9.67 lakh unit promoter right share due to the dispute at SEBON to bid for the application of promoter right share by the general public too. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share or maximum they can apply for 9, 67,540 unit shares. NMB Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Bhadra 15, 2073 at theNMB Capital Limited located at Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account name NMBCL-BTI Shangri-La 2072/73 and account number 00130600054010000155 of NMB Bank Limited located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu. SADBL has earned net profit of Rs 21.89 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
