Shangri-La Dev Bank postpones auction of 9.67 lakh promoter unclaimed right share till further notice whereas closing day to bid for 71,773 units ordinary share at Rs 100 & above
Shangri-La Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has postponed auction of unsold 9, 67,540 units promoter right share. Now investors can only bid for the auctioned 71,773 units ordinary right shares today.
The auction of the unsold promoter right share has been postponed due to the ongoing dispute at SEBON to bid for the application of promoter right share by the general public too. As promoter shareholders of SADBL can only bid for the auctioned 9, 67,540 units promoters shares.
The deadline for submitting bids for the auctioned unsold ordinary right shares is ending today (Baisakh 26, 2073) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Baisakh 27, 2073(tomorrow).
Shangri-La Development Bank has been auctioning 71,773 units ordinary right share and 9, 67,540 units promoter right share from Baisakh 17, 2073.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.
NMB Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till today at the NMB Capital Limited located at Nagpokhari, Kathmandu or at Shangrila Development Bank located at Baluwatar Kathmandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account name NMBCL-BTI-Shangri-La 2072/73 and account number 00130600054010000155 of NMB Bank Limited located at Nagpokhari, Kathmandu.
The last trading price (LTP) of SADBL shares stood at Rs395 as on May 5, 2016 and the LTP of SADBLP is at Rs 200 as on December 29, 2015.
