Seti Finance proposes 9% bonus share; paid up to reach Rs 16.42 crore

Seti Finance Limited has proposed 9% bonus shares to its shareholders. As per the notice published on NEPSE today, the BOD meeting of the finance company held on Poush 22, 2073, has decided to propose 9% stock dividend from the profits it made in FY 2072/73.
Seti Finance Ltd. has paid up capital of Rs. 6.34 crore. After the issuance of this bonus share and the recently floated 1:1.5 right shares, the paid up will reach Rs. 16.42 crore.
