Seti Finance declares 14% stock dividend

Seti Finance Company Limited (SETI) has decided to distribute 14 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The BOD Meeting of the company held on Poush 15 has proposed 14 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the finance’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). In the previous fiscal year 2070/71, Seti Finance had distributed percent 10 percent bonus share and 5% cash dividend to their shareholders.
