Selling pressure led market nosedives by 40.94 points to close at 1733.93 points; turnover of Rs 1.14 arba

On the first trading day of the week, The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 40.94 points or 2.31% to close at 1733.93 points.
Nepse Index opened at 1774.43 points and and was seen in downward trend.
520,445 unit shares of Laxmi Value Fund-1 were traded more today. Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SLBBL) and Rastriya Beema Company limited (RBCL) hit circuit break today.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.14 arba, where more than 21.81 lakhs unit shares were traded through 6,949 transactions.
Sensitive index and float index went down by 8.44 and 3.08 points respectively.
Except Manufacturing and production, all the sectors at Nepse landed on red.
