See the highlights from NAV of Sulav Investment Fund-1 and NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 for Kartik

NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 (NMBSF-1) and NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF-1), both promoted by NMB Bank Limited and managed by NMB Capital have reported decline in NAV for the month of KArtik.

 According to the financial report published today, NMBSF-1 a 5 years close ended mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreased to Rs 11.21 from the previous month’s value of Rs 11.30. Still the NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.

The net profit stands at Rs 1.28 crore in the month of Kartik.

The mutual fund scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has investment of Rs 40.97 crore in listed shares and Rs 1.62 crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. The fund has set aside Rs 7.40 crore in bonds and debentures.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 has bought 32,265 unit shares of Nepal Telecom worth Rs 2.52 crore.

Likewise, NMBHF-1 a 7 years close-end mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreased at Rs 10.48 in the month of Kartik which was Rs 10.51 in the previous month. The NAV is slightly above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs 25.25 crore in listed shares and Rs 1.19 crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. The fund has set aside Rs 8.50 crore in bonds and debentures.

The net profit has slightly increased to Rs 2.14 crore from previous month’s Rs 1.93 crore.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Hybrid Fund has invested in Rs 3.49 crore worth of 44,720 shares of Nepal Telecom.
