SEBON warns Broker Companies to settle money on the fourth day of the transaction

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has issued a press release stating the Brokers need to settle trading money of the sellers on the fourth day of the shares sold. T+3 System for the settlement has been applied in the NEPSE trading system which means that the settlement of the money by the broker needs to be done on the fourth day of the trading made. The board had received complaints from the investors that they were not receiving their money on time. SEBON has asked all the broker companies to do the money settlement on the fourth day of the trading done from now onwards.
