Sebon suspends dividend distribution

KATHMANDU, May 12:
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has suspended the decision of NABIL Mutual Fund to distribute 5.5 percent cash dividend to the subscribers of NABIL Balance Fund -1.
Sebon took the decision saying that the the company’s audit report for the first 8 months of the current fiscal year is not appropriate.
Sebon has said the company can distribute dividend only on the basis of annual audit report.
