SEBON suspends brokering firm Arun Securities Pvt. Ltd, Broker#3

The Brokering firm "ARUN Securities Pvt. Ltd.", Broker #3,  has been suspended by Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) as per the direction given by Security Board of Nepal (SEBON). An official with  NEPSE said, “ Arun Securities has been suspended as the employee/close relative of BoD of  Arun Securities did trading from their own Brokering firm.” An official with Arun Securities said, “ There is no such issue, the trading was done by a client and not by an employee/close relative of the company.” The case is being investigated by SEBON for further action.
