SEBON gives final approval to proposed right issue of Janautthan Samudayic and Multipurpose Finance; total of 3.87 Million units to be issued soon

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given final approval to proposed right issue of two companies namely, Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (JSLBB) and Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL).

JSLBB has proposed issue of 100% right shares worth Rs.2.88 Crore through issue of 288,000 units of shares at par value. Siddhartha Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for this purpose.

After the adjustment of 20% bonus shares and 100% right shares, the paid up capital of the microfinance company will reach Rs.6.33 Crore.

Similarly, MPFL had proposed issue of 864.469% right shares worth Rs.35.85 Crore through issue of 3,585,264 units of shares at par value. Civil Capital Market has been appointed as the issue manager for this purpose.

After the issuance of right shares, the paid-up capital of the company which is currently at Rs.4.14 Crore, will reach Rs.40 Crore.
