SEBON Employee Union declares winners for the recently held national level essay contest; receives 87 entries where Ms. Ekta Awasthi receives first prize

SEBON Employee Union has announced the winners for the recently organized National Essay contest 2020 on the occasion of international investors week.

As per the media statement, the employee union had received a total of 87 entries from the students studying at different levels and colleges and the best 27 essays were thoroughly scrutinized by an expert jury panel.

The jury panel comprises Dean of Tribhuvan University School of Humanities and Social Sciences Dr. Kusham Shakya, senior journalist Mr. Prakash Adhikari, and CEO of Reliance Life Insurance Mr. Prabin Raman Parajuli.

The jury committee has picked the submission of Ms. Ekta Awasthi who is currently an MPhil student at the Institute of Advanced Communication, Education, and Research as the best submission and adjudged it for the first prize. Likewise, Mr. Arjun Bahadur Pathak, MPhil TU has secured the second position, and Mr. Ujwol Ghimire, ACCA SEED Financial Academy has secured the third position respectively.

The best essay writer Ms. Awasti will receive a cash prize of Rs 20K with a certificate, while Rs 15K to the first runner-up and Rs 10K to the second runner-up will also be provided. Moreover, the best 54 essays will be published in an annual publication of the board, as per the media statement.
