The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" worth Rs 1.20 Arba on Jestha 07, 2082.
This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will be floating 12 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Global IME Bank Limited, while the fund manager is Global IME Capital Limited.
