SEBON Approves Debenture Proposals of Laxmi Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank

SEBON has approved the debenture proposals of Laxmi Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank.

SEBON approved Laxmi Bank's debenture proposal on Ashar 15. Via the issue manager Civil Capital, the bank will now issue the "10 years, 8.5% Laxmi Bank Debenture."

20,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 each. 12 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement and 8 lakh units will be issued to the public.

SEBON approved Machhapuchchhre Bank's debenture proposal on Ashar 16. Via the issue manager Nabil Invest, the bank will now issue the "10 years, 8.5% Machhapuchchhre Debenture 2087."

30,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 each. 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement and 12 lakh units will be issued to the public.
