SEBON approved Sanima Capital to function as Merchant Banker

Sanima Capital Limited, 100% subsidiary of Sanima Bank Limited has been granted license of Merchant Banker by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Sanima Capital Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanima Bank Limited has its registrar office at Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu . It has an authorized capital of Rs 150 million with aid up capital of Rs 110 million. Sanima Capital will provide services of Issue Manger, Securities Underwriting, Share Registrar. Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Depository Participant Services. Mr Bhuvan Kumar Dahal , CEO of Sanima Bank Limited is the chairman of Sanima Capital Limited. Directors in Sanima Capital are Tej Bahadur Chand, Nischal Raj Pandey, Saroj Guragain and Shree Prasad Poudel. Mr Manish N. Joshi is the Chief Executing officer of Sanima Capital. Sanima Capital shall provide fund management and depository services to Sanima Mutual Fund which is subjected to SEBON approval.
