SEBON Approved LS Capital’s Mutual Fund Scheme ; "LS Horizon 12" To Issue 12 Crore Mutual Fund Units

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "LS Horizon 12" worth Rs 1.2 arba on Baisakh 02, 2083.
This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will be floating 12 crore units each share at a par value of 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, while the fund manager is LS Capital Limited.
As of now, LS Capital is managing five closed-end funds and one open end funds in the market.
