SEBON Approved Citizens Capital’s Mutual Fund Scheme ; "Citizens Santulit Yojana" To Issue 10 Crore Mutual Fund Units

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "Citizens Santulit Yojana" worth Rs 1 Arba on Mangsir 9, 2082.

This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will be floating 10 crore units each share at a par value of 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Citizens Bank International Limited, while the fund manager is Citizens Capital Limited.

As of now, Citizens Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e. Citizens Mutual Fund - 2 (CMF2) and Citizens Mutual Fund - 2 (CMF2) and one open-end fund i.e, Citizens Sadabahar Yojana (CSY), in the market.
