Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added proposed IPO issue of Ghodighoda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to its pipeline under preliminary review.
The microfinance company is looking to raise capital worth Rs.1.32 Crore through issue of 132,600 units of shares at par value.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
