Sayapatri Hydropower Receives Approval to Issue Rights Shares in 1:0.74 Ratio

Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) has received preliminary approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.74 of its paid-up capital.

The company’s 8th Annual General Meeting, held on 2082/03/21, had initially decided to issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:1. Following this decision, the company submitted an application to the Electricity Regulatory Commission for pre-approval.

However, as per the commission’s letter dated 2082/05/20, the company has been approved to proceed with the rights issue at a reduced ratio of 1:0.74. The company has officially informed stakeholders about this change.
