Saptakoshi Development Bank to conduct SGM on Baisakh 15, 2075

Saptakoshi Development has announced Special General Meeting to be commenced on Baisakh 15, 2075. The meeting will be held at Udhyog Sangathan, Biratnagar at 11:00 AM.
The main agenda for the meeting is the discussion about the expansion of working areas of the development bank and the amendment of the MOA and AOA for the same.
The shareholders register book of the development bank will remain closed from Chaitra 30 to Baisakh 15.
The bank had reported net profit of Rs 1.09 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 48.53 crore with Rs 3.32 crore in the reserve.
