Saptakoshi Dev. Bank 3rd AGM today; to endorse 1:1.5 right share

Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited (SKDBL) is convening its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 28, 2072).  The AGM is going to be held at the Udhyog Sangathan Morang Meeting Hall, Tinpaini, Biratnagar  at 11 am. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 1:1.5 right shares to its existing shareholders for the increment of paid up capital. Also, to amend meeting allowance of BOD member and to amend article of association. Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 3 BOD member from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Falgun 14, 2072 to till today for the purpose of its AGM whereas, a separate book closure date will be published for the right shares.
