Sanjen Jalavidhyut and Rasuwagadhi Hydropower IPO shares finally listed on NEPSE; opening range and stock symbol assigned to both

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) had published notice regarding the listing and opening range of IPO shares of Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited and Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited.

As per the notice, 61,578,900 unit shares of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. The code RHPL has been assigned to the scrip. The opening range for the first transaction has been set between Rs.97.29 to Rs.291.87.

Similarly, 32,850,000 unit shares of Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. The code SJCL has been assigned to the scrip. The opening range for the first transactions has been set between Rs.96.32 to Rs.288.96.

These shares will be freely tradeable after processing the first transaction through open market operations.

Both the companies yet to issue 10% IPO shares of the total paid up capital to the residents of project affected people.
