Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower To Convene 10th AGM on Ashwin 29: When's the Book Closure?

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has called its 10th AGM on 29th Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

i) Endorsement of the seventh annual report of the board of directors of the company.
ii) Endorse the auditor's report of 2081/082 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2082.
iii) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
iv) To approve the appointment of an independent director.
v) Miscellaneous.

Ashwin 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, TAMOR has an LTP of Rs. 495.78.
