Sanima Mai Hydropower to issue 100% (1.05 crore units) Right Shares from Shrawan 27

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) will be issuing 1:1 (100%) right shares to its existing shareholders from Shrawan 27, 2074. According to the notice published by the hydropower company today, the right issue will remain open for 35 days before closing on Bhadra 29, 2074. The company will be issuing a total of 1,05,50,000 unit right shares worth Rs 1.05 arba at the face value of Rs 100. The book closure date for 100% right issue is set for Shrawan 10, 2074 for one day. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e  until today (Shrawan 9, 2074) are eligible for the right shares. Sunrise Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. Interested shareholders can collect the application forms from Sunrise Capital, Kamal pokhari, Kathmandu as well as from all branch offices of Sanima Bank . Also applicants can download forms from http://www.maihydro.com and http://www.sunrisecapital.com.np websites. After the adjustment of the rights shares, the hydropower company’s total paid-up capital will reach to Rs 2.11 arba from existing Rs 1.05 arba                                                                                                                                                    The company has authorized capital of Rs  2.70 arba. SHPC has earned net profit of Rs 26.05 crore in the third quarter of FY 2073/74.
