Sanima Mai Hydropower 5th AGM today; to endorse 100% Right Share

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) is convening its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Bhadra 31, 2073). The AGM is being held at Naxal Banquet, Narayan Chaur, Naxal, Kathmandu. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 1:1 (100%) right share to its existing shareholders.
• To increase issued capital and amend article of association accordingly.
• Authorized BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of association.

Other agendas of the AGM include Financial highlights of 2072/73, appointment of auditor and to elect 4 BOD member from promoter shareholders group. The register of the shareholders remained close from Bhadra 15, 2073 till today (Bhadra 31, 2073)  for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. As per unaudited report, SHPC reported loss of Rs 5.62 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 1.05 arba. After issuing 100 percent right share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs. 2.1 arba.
