Sanima Mai convening its 4th AGM on Poush 29; No dividend this time too; LTP at Rs 745

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) will be convening its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2072. The AGM will be held at Naxal Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu. The agendas of AGM include Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and endorse the help provided to earthquake victims. No dividend this year too. The hydropower project did not provide any dividend in the last fiscal year as well. At present Sanimai Mai Hydro has paid up capital of Rs 1.05 arba and a reserve in loss of Rs 23.48 crore. It has posted a net loss of Rs 48.4 lakhs in the first quarter of the on ongoing fiscal year. Its last trading price stands at Rs 745 as on December 7, 2015. Sanima Mai is generating 22MW electricity from the Maikhola Hydropower Project which has already been added to the national grid whereas earlier it was only generating 8 MW electricity.
