Sanima Life Insurance starts its operation on Mangsir 22; to issue IPO shares worth Rs 60 crore

Sanima Life Insurance Company has started its operation from Mangsir 22, 2074. It was formally inaugurated by Dr. Chiranjibi Chapagain, Chairman of Insurance board amid a function. On the occasion of its operation, the life insurance company has forwarded its planning and they are;

• Sanima Easy Single payment policy.
• Sanima Dirghayu life-long insurance policy.
• Sanima Dhanpati Scheme.

The insurance company has authorized and issued capital of Rs 3 arba and Rs 2 arba respectively. Out of Rs 2 arba issued capital, the company has separated Rs 1.40 arba paid up capital. In the upcoming days, the company will issue 30%  or Rs 60 crore as IPO and maintain its paid up capital up to Rs 2 arba. Sanima Life Insurance has also conducted its 1^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 22, 2074. The AGM was held at Hotel Shangrila, Lazimpat, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM. The AGM has elected Kumar Prasad Koirala, Ghansham Thapa, Dr. Suvarna Das Shrestha and Badri Bishal Ghimire as directors.
