According to the resolution of Sanima Life Insurance Limited's (SLI) 75th Board of Directors (BOD) meeting conducted on 25 Jestha, 2079, the company's 4th Annual General Meeting will be held on the following date, location, and time to consider and deliberate on the following issues:

General Offers:
- Regarding the Annual Financial Report of 2076/77 to be presented by the chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors (BOD)
- Regarding the discussion and approval of the audit report of 2076/77, balance sheet, profit/loss account, cash flow statements, and related financial statements were prepared by implementing the NFRS system.
- Regarding the appointment of an auditor for 2077/78 and determining his/her remuneration.
