Sanima Life Insurance convenes its 4th AGM; endorses 4.20% bonus and 0.22% cash dividend 

Sanima Life Insurance Company has convened its 4^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman.

The AGM has endorsed the financial reports for the previous fiscal year and has decided on the remuneration of its auditor, as per the media statement.

The AGM also endorsed 4.20% bonus share and 0.22% cash dividend for its shareholders and elected Mr. Kesav Raj K.C. and Mr. Shiva Hari Ghimire as the directors from the public shareholder group. the AGM also authorized the board to carry out the discussions with other suitable institutions for the merger and acquisition process, as per the media statement.
