Sanima General Insurance convenes its SGM; provides green signal for possible mergers and acquisitions

Sanima General Insurance has convened its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khem Raj Lamichhane on Asar 15, 2079.
The SGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to indulge in merger/acquisition with appropriate insurance companies and to perform DDA for the same, as per the media statement.
