Sanima Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10% Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashwin 12

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has called its 22nd AGM on 12th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The bank has proposed an 8.25% dividend for preference shareholders worth Rs. 5.24 crore and a 10% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.35 crore, including tax, for ordinary shareholders from its accumulated profits.
The meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) had decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 1.35 Arba. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba, and the preference shares' capital is Rs. 2 Arba.
Furthermore, the agenda includes endorsing the auditor's report, PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2082/83, and appointing an auditor for FY 2083/84. There is an agenda to elect 2 directors to the board of directors from the public shareholding group.
The book closure date is on Ashwin 01. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
