Sanima Bank to close its book on Mangsir 14 for upcoming AGM; Shareholders holding till previous day eligible to receive 14% cash dividend

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has announced its book closure for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the shareholders register book of the commercial bank will remain closed on Mangsir 14, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Mangsir 13 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM.

The bank has declared 14% cash dividend worth Rs 1.12 arba for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75 which is subject to approval from NRB and the AGM.

Its AGM will be convened on Mangsir 27, 2075.
