Sanima Bank to close its book from next Sunday; AGM on Ashoj 30

Sanima Bank Ltd is holding its 10th annual general meeting on Ashoj 30 at Amrapali Banquet in Kathmandu.

Likewise, the share register of the bank will remain closed from Ashoj 12 (Sunday). The investors who want to grab the dividend of the bank should purchase or have their name registered in the book before Ashoj 12.

It means only five working days have been left to get hold of the shares.

 The AGM is scheduled to approve the 15 percent bonus shares proposed by the bank’s board of directors. The bank has announced 15 percent bonus shares and 0.79 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose.

The commercial bank has registered a net profit of Rs 45.39 crore last year, up from Rs 30.51 crore in the previous fiscal year 2069/70. After the adjustment of the bonus shares, the paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs 2.54 arba.
