Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) is conducting its 13
th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 29, 2074). The AGM is being held at Naxal Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 16% bonus shares.
- To increase issued and paid up capital.
- To endorse decision for the post of Board of Directors (BOD) and Chairman.
- To conduct election for 3 BOD.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
Other agendas of the AGM include major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
The book closure date for the AGM was set on Ashwin 6, 2074. Only those shareholders that have shares traded ahead of the book closure date, i.e. till Ashwin 4, 2074 are eligible to participate in AGM and proposed dividend.
It has announced 16% bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
Its current paid up capital stand at Rs 6.89 arba. After distribution of 16% bonus shares, it will reach Rs 8.00 arba.
It has earned Rs 1.30 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
Likewise, Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMFL) is also convening 5
th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (AShwin 29, 2074). The AGM is being held at Gate Way Himalaya Resort, Besisahar – 9, Lamjung at 10:00 AM.
The main agendas are:
- To endorse 20% bonus shares and cash dividend of Rs 5,94,737 (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74.
- To Increase authorized capital to Rs 20 crore from existing Rs 10 crore.
- To change the name of microfinance company.
- To extend the working areas.
- To amend meeting allowances and facilities.
Other agendas includes appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75 and major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74.
The book closure date was set on Ashwin 10, 2074. Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashwin 9, 2074, i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and for proposed dividends.
Reliable Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 1.12 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 5.65 crore. After adjustment of 50 % right and 20% bonus shares, its paid capital will rise to Rs 9.6 crore.
Similarly, NMB Capital is conducting its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 29, 2074). The AGM is being held at NMB Bank Limited, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 4:30 PM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 105.26% cash dividend from the profit of FY 2073/74.
- To endorse 100% right shares.
- To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA).
Other agendas include financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
