Sanima Bank Proposes 10.98% Dividend for FY 2078/79

Sanima Bank Limited has proposed a 10.98% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board of directors of Sanima Bank decided to distribute dividends on the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.32 Arba in the following ways after gaining approval from Nepal Rastra Bank from the distributable profit of FY 2078/79 at the meeting held at 11:00 AM on Kartik 4.
Proposed Bonus Shares = 10% i.e 1.13 Arba
Proposed Cash Dividend (Including for tax purposes) = 0.98% i.e 11.10 Crores
Total = 10.98 i.e 1.24 Arba
