Sanima Bank Promoted "Sanima Flexi Fund" to Issue 2.5 crore units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Falgun 6

Sanima Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Sanima Flexi Fund" open-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from 6th Falgun to 11th Falgun, 2081. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till the Falgun 20.
Out of the total 10 crore unit shares worth Rs. 1 Arba, 40%, i.e., 4 crore units worth Rs. 40 crores, will be issued in the first phase by Sanima Capital. Among them, 13%, i.e., 1.3 crore units worth Rs. 13 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor Sanima Bank Limited, while 2%, i.e., 20 lakh units worth Rs. 2 crores, have been allocated to the scheme manager Sanima Capital Limited. The remaining 2.5 crore units worth Rs. 25 crore will be issued to the general public and institutions from 6th Falgun.
"Sanima Flexi Fund" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 40,00,000 units.
Sanima Capital Limited currently manages two closed-end mutual fund schemes "Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF)" and "Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF)" in the market.
