Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 7.3685% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Ashwin 03 decided to distribute a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 1.00 Arba. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB, after which it will be endorsed at the AGM of the bank.
