Sangay Hydropower Company Limited will be conducting its AGM on Baisakh 11, 2075. The meeting will be held at Indreni Foodland, Baneshwor at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will discuss on the following agendas;
- To appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
- To approve the cash dividend from the profit of FY 2073/74.
- To amend the policies of the company.
- To revise the proposed for the bonus share from the profit of FY 2073/74.
